Watch More Sunsets Than Netflix

First and most important, a huge welcome to the world to little baby Luca, and congratulations to new parents Hilary & Bridge! Uncle Mike and I are so excited to meet you!

The nieces from the other sister are also growing incredibly fast! We celebrated their 8th and 13th birthday in April, but finally had the time to celebrate with them at Aquatica and Seaworld.

The dolphins even swam over to play and say Happy Birthday!

Some other exciting milestones, Mike and I celebrated our two year engagement anniversary! It's crazy to think 2 years has already passed since he proposed and we went backpacking through Europe. What a whirlwind life can be.

If you have yet to see the proposal video, check it out here!

We celebrated with some Japanese Ramen at Susuru Ramen!

Another fun dinner was the opportunity to meet up with one of my best friends, Megan, and her fiance at Toothsome Chocolate Emporium at Universal Studios City Walk.

The food was absolutely delicious, especially the warm chocolate almond bread with salted caramel butter.

We also loved the French Onion Soup, the Blue Plate Burger, and (not pictured) the Croque Monsieu.

Jacque and Penelope Toothsome were also walking around and stopped by to say hello as we enjoyed our milkshakes and chocolate creme brulee.

Soo good to see you Megan, and can't wait to see you next year to celebrate your big day!

With Summer in full speed here in Orlando, it's about 109 degrees everyday. Trying to beat the heat, Mike and I headed to Kelly Park/ Rock Springs Run to go tubing down the natural river. It was so beautiful and a lot of fun!

The park opens at 7am, but it's recommended to get there an hour early because only 200 cars are let in per day. I'd also recommend bringing your own tube instead of renting ones there to save money but mostly time.

It was a blast and we stuck around for a picnic after too!

Another fun Summer trip we had was a day trip to visit some of the Disney parks. It was actually one of the best Disney days we had ever had. We arrived an hour before opening to Animal Kingdom, and were able to walk right in and onto both rides in Pandora.

When we went on the safari, and walked through some of the animal exhibits, there were so many baby animals! We also heard the tigers and lions roaring, it was crazy awesome.

We also finally got to see the new Up bird show and meet Kevin! It was extra magical since we were celebrating our engagement anniversary.

Animal Kingdom is one of our favorite parks, especially for snacks and food! Check out some of our favorites:
Fried Rice from Yak & Yeti
The Night Blossom drink from Pongu Pongu drink stand in Pandora
The Combo Bowls from Satu'li Canteen at Pandora

After Animal Kingdom, during the hottest part of the day, we headed over to Hollywood Studios for some shows and indoor activities.

We also had the chance to spend some time in Toy Story Land, getting hyped for the new movie.

While we were there, we ran into our favorite vloggers, the Crosby's! We talked to Ashley for a second, who was literally the sweetest. It made my whole day!

After I stopped fan-girling, we stopped for another favorite snack, the key lime pie on a stick from the Neighborhood Bakery. This little treat is 10/10!

Our next stop was Magic Kingdom! Mike had not been here since last August, so we were pretty excited to say hi to the castle and some other familiar faces.

We were also super surprised to run into our good friend (and wedding photographer) Timothy hanging out with Mickey and Minnie!

We had to stop by our old stomping grounds where we met to say hi to the grotto as well!

Our favorite MK snacks of the day were (of course) a Mickey pretzel, and some delicious corn dog nuggets from Casey Corner.

The weather was nice and cloudy most of the day, so it wasn't too hot, but as we walked from the parking tram to our car, the heavens opened and it monsooned. It was absolutely crazy, but actually made us laugh all the way home.

We sure do love our little adventures, and we are so thankful you follow us along the way! Be sure to subscribe for all the updates!
